Its actualy not that easy to get into Outcome.  To join Outcome first we make sure you are a good fit for the clan.  We will want to play with you for at least a good 3 weeks before we give you a tryout.   At that point you then will get your tryout if we feel you have clicked with us enough to deserve one.   For your tryout you will go into a series of ranked 4v4 matches with us.   You will be graded on your ability to communicate, strategies, stay with your team, team fire, and the usual signs of a good Halo player with possitive stats.  If you can handle that then send me a fr my tag is TheDankestNug.  Make sure in your message you tell me you want to get into Outcome or I most likely will delete it.
